Fieldworker, ectotransport & logistics manager, operational IT-specialist, and corporate liaison to the Dutch Ministry of Defence.
The majority of our customers had rather not be facing any supernatural disturbances at all, of course, but most of our clientele really enjoy a visit from the ever customer-friendly Rick, his popularity only being second to that of the local milkman. As Chief Logistics Officer (as well as certified Planon en X-Post expert), Rick carries primary responsibility for GBNL's corporate logistics.
In those cases where national safety, and sometimes even international safety, is concerned (which is very fortunately quite rare), temporary, project-based public-private partnerships with the Ministry of Defence can be a necessity at times. Given his practical, financial, and logistical experience with more serious military equipment, Rick is a vital link in such projects.
Currently, Rick is investigating the possibility to adopt and adapt an NH90 helicopter into an ‘Ectochopper’ in order to facilitate busts from the air, but GHOSTBUSTERS NL is currently still negotiating general usage, and aerospace as well as landing rights with the International Civil Aviation Organization and other stakeholders. An analysis into our headquarters' roof functioning as a potential launch- and landing platform is still in the pipeline, according to Rick.
Rick also organizes our regular in-house ectoplasm skid courses; these are especially of scientific interest in view of the number of incidents on the A3 and A14 motorways where ectoplasmic residue was discovered in the top layer of pervious concrete.
